Obviously, I’m quite smitten with Bandersnatch at the moment, not just for its format but also the story itself. The title is clearly taken from Lewis Carroll’s Jabberwocky but there is also a nod to one of the clear inspirations for Jerome F Davies, Philip K Dick. A visionary who made readers question reality and control, a huge influence on creative types after his death, someone who struggled with visions soon before his untimely demise. No beheadings, but that’s a good thing. So it’s great to see the first cover of UBIK used as a hallucination when Stefan is at Colin’s place.
